اطلاق مسابقة مراقي المجتبى عليه السلام للقصيدة العموديّة العالميّة الثالثة

<p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">أعلنت الأمانةُ العامّة للعتبة العبّاسيّة المقدّسة عن فتح باب الاشتراك في مسابقة مراقي المجتبى الثالثة للقصيدة العموديّة في حقّ الإمام الحسن (عليه السلام)، والتي ستُقام في ذكرى استشهاده (7 صفر الخير 1445هـ) الموافق (24 آب 2023م)، تحت شعار: <strong>(المجتبى عليه السلام ميدانُ السَّخاءِ وسيماءُ الأنبياء)،</strong> ووجّهت دعوةً عامّة للشعراء في أرجاء العالم للمشاركة فيها.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">شروط وضوابط الاشتراك في المسابقة:</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">1- يستمرّ استلام النصوص المشارِكة لغاية (13 محرم الحرام 1445هـ)، الموافق (31/ 7/ 2023م)، علماً أنّ القصائد التي تصل بعد هذا التاريخ لن تدخل في المسابقة. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">2- لفسح المجال لباقي الشعراء للتنافس على المراكز الأولى؛ فإنَّه لا يحقّ للفائزين بالمرتبة الأولى والثانية والثالثة بالدورتين السَّابقتين المشاركة في المسابقة لهذا العام.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">3- تُقدَّمُ كلّ القصائد المشاركة الى اللجنة المختصّة (لجنة تحكيم النصوص) المتكونة من عدد من الأساتذة المختصّين، لاختيار أفضل عشر قصائد في الموضوع واللغة والبلاغة. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">4- ألَّا يكون النَّص الشّعري قد شارك به في مسابقات أخرى، وكذلك مسابقات الجود السّابقة. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">5- أن يشارك المتسابق بنصّ شعري واحد فقط؛ (قصيدة واحدة من الشعر العمودي)، على أن يراعى في كتابة النّص عدم الخروج عن العمود الخليلي، وشروط العروض العربية. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">6- ألَّا تتجاوز أبيات القصيدة ستين بيتاً، ولا تقل عن عشرين بيتاً. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">7- يُسمح لكلِّ شاعر من داخل العراق وخارجه الاشتراك بالمسابقة؛ شريطة أن يكون من أصحاب القلم الحر والأدب الملتزم. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">8- استخدام اللغة العربية الرصينة والتركيبة الشعرية العميقة التي تصلح أن تكون حلقة الوصل بين الشعر القديم والشعر الآني. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">9- يشترط أن ينطلق موضوع النص المشارك من شعار المهرجان، وبأسلوب حديث ورصين، ولا يخرج عن السياق الى موضوعات جانبية (السياسيّة والطائفيّة). </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">10- ترسل النصوص الى عنوان المسابقة، بالاضافة الى ارسال السيرة الذاتيّة للمشارك في ملف وورد مع النص متضمنة ما يلي: </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">- اسمه الكامل (الثلاثي). </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">- مكان وتاريخ ميلاده الكامل. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">- صورة شخصية.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">- عنوانه ورقم هاتفه والبريد الإلكتروني. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">- التخصص الجامعي إن وجد.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">12- تستبعد المشاركات التي لا تلتزم بالشروط الواردة أعلاه من الاشتراك في المسابقة. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">13- كل النصوص المشاركة سواء الفائزة أو تلك التي لم يحالفها الحظ لا تعاد لأصحابها، ويحق للجنة التحضيريّة الاحتفاظ بها للنشر أو الارشيف. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">1- الفائــز الأول (3,000,000) دينــار عراقي مع درع خاص. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">2- الفائـز الثاني (2,000,000) دينــار عراقي مع درع خاص. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left:0in;
